Shipping Policy

Processing & Order Fulfillment
- All items are ready-made and will be processed and shipped as soon as your order is placed.
- Orders received by 2:00 PM PT (Pacific Time) on business days are typically packed and handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- All shipments originate from San Diego, CA.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
- Standard (US): 3–7 business days (once shipped)
- Expedited (US): 1–3 business days (once shipped)
- International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs)
- Exact transit times and carrier options will be shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin when the carrier scans the package and may vary by carrier, route, and remote destinations.

Shipping Rates & Taxes
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected service level.
- Domestic and international orders may be subject to local taxes, import duties, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.

Tracking & Notifications
- You will receive an order confirmation email at purchase and a shipment confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.
- Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the shipment confirmation.

Address Changes & Incorrect Addresses
- Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at [your customer service email]. We cannot guarantee address changes once a shipping label has been created.
- We are not responsible for shipments lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Additional fees may apply for re-shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact the carrier first. If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, contact us and we will assist with an investigation.
- For damaged items, retain all packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
